Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare image/video pairs to determine which follows prompts more accurately.

You’ll explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include scoring across dimensions like naturalness and realism, and providing concise written justifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess media accurately.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and giving clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot artifacts, distortions, or mismatches.
• Provide written explanations detailing what looked off and why.
