Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs for how well they follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos, inspecting outputs closely, and rating across dimensions like adherence and realism while providing concise English explanations. Flexible hours with remote work available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing clear explanations in English.
