Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from their own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, with flexible, remote work and weekly payments. Eligible applicants from many countries may apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
