Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off in written form.

You’ll evaluate images, videos, and audio, rate multiple dimensions, and ensure prompt adherence while working remotely and earning weekly payments in USD via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable with real-time conversations and prompt-based scenarios.
• Able to justify decisions with concise explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to identify distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations of observations.
