Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours and weekly payments. You will rate outputs, identify issues such as distortions or mismatches, and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging following the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Writing specific explanations in English detailing what was observed.
