Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere on your schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong to help improve AI systems.

You'll work remotely with flexible hours, get paid per project on a 1099 contract, and have access to leading LLMs. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and patience for close listening and watching.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flickers, or misalignment between audio and video.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a precise English explanation of observations.
