Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, then explain in writing what looked wrong and why.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, assessing how well prompts were followed, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Flexible, fully remote work with independent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing a precise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
