Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and writing clear, evidence-based explanations in English. You can work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Ability to explain observations in clear, concise English.
• Comfortable thinking aloud and describing realistic scenarios.
• Willingness to make a decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking their naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion glitches, or audio/video misalignment.
• Writing specific, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was observed.
