Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what sounded off in writing, all remotely and on your own timetable.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for artifacts or mismatches, and delivering written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when multiple flaws exist.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Write precise English explanations pointing to observed issues and justify your ranking.
