Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours and weekly payments. You will rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and provide written explanations in English to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to explain findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
