Job summary

Claru (a Reka business line) is hiring a Program Lead in a remote-first setup with presence in San Francisco. You’ll translate open research into deliverable programs, owning scope, timeline, and economics while managing buyer relationships from initial call to delivery.

You will automate processes before staffing, recruit and activate contributors, and push for scalable playbooks and agents to reduce first-program costs over time.

Qualifications

• Early-stage marketplace operating experience required.
• AI-native mindset with automation-first approach.
• Operated in roles; founders or high-growth startup background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn open-ended research into a defined program with scope, timeline, and economics.
• Manage relationships with frontier labs and robotics teams from first call to delivery.
• Build and recruit contributors and partner businesses for the program.
• Address blockers, from tooling gaps to personnel or incentives.
• Act as product manager for platform team; influence roadmap.
