Job summary

Claru is hiring a Supply Lead for a fast-growing AI-enabled marketplace. This role can be based in San Francisco or remote, and you will own partner sourcing, pricing, capacity forecasting, and contributor experience to scale supply across multiple environments.

You will automate processes, build scalable systems, and collaborate with the platform team to enable self-serve tooling. A successful candidate combines operating marketplace experience with an AI-native mindset and a proven track

Qualifications

• Experience building marketplaces from scratch in new markets.
• Ability to automate processes before staffing.
• Proven track record of sourcing and pricing in multi-market environments.
• Directly closing partnerships and business deals with partner companies.
• Ability to model costs, prices, and unit economics.
• Ability to communicate credibly with business owners and frontline supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of partner businesses across diverse environments (events, retail, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing).
• Grow the contributor base and expand geographies while keeping supply multi-channel.
• Own the geo rate card and ensure pricing is defensible.
• Own capacity forecasting and commit to delivery timelines.
• Oversee contributor experience: onboarding, payments, and support.
• Partner with the platform team to enable self-serve tools.
