Job summary

Claru, a Reka data marketplace, is hiring a Supply Lead to build and scale partner networks across industries from SF or remote. You will lead capacity forecasting, pricing, and contributor experience in a fast-growing environment.

You will own the geo rate card, expand to new geographies, and partner with platform teams to enable self-serve supply. Ideal candidates have early-stage marketplace ops experience, AI-native mindset, and proven execution.

Qualifications

• Early-stage marketplace operating experience is required.
• AI-native approach with automation before headcount.
• Experience in recruitment, pricing, retention and economics.
• Credible with owners and supervisors; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of partner businesses across environments.
• Grow contributor base and expand to new geographies.
• Own geo rate card and pricing for approved units.
• Forecast capacity to meet weekly/monthly demands.
• Ensure contributor onboarding and on-time payments.
• Collaborate with platform team to enable self-serve supply.
