Job summary

Claru, a part of Reka, seeks a Supply Lead to build and scale a partner network across diverse environments from SF to remote markets. You will own capacity forecasting, pricing, and contributor experience, driving efficient, AI-driven operations rather than growing headcount.

You will work with a lean team to deploy scalable processes, automate workflows, and expand into new geographies while maintaining strong partner relationships and a focus on cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience running early-stage marketplaces.
• Able to scale with AI-driven processes.
• Skilled in capacity forecasting and pricing models.
• Proven track record in partner recruitment and retention.
• Able to operate in unfamiliar markets.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of partner businesses across multiple environments.
• Own geo rate cards and staffing against markets.
• Forecast delivery capacity for given volumes.
• Ensure contributor payments and onboarding run smoothly.
• Collaborate with platform team to enable self-serve supply.
