Job summary

Profound is seeking an Engagement Associate to partner with the Engagement Management team, driving platform adoption and delivering outcomes through targeted support and strategic initiatives. The role involves guiding customer workstreams, multi-threaded engagements, and close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementations.

Based in an on-site SF or London office, you will conduct regular customer meetings, craft audits with insights and metrics, and help grow

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, marketing, or analytical role.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and driven to tackle big, lofty goals.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver for ambiguous challenges.
• Gritty and ready to roll up your sleeves with hard work.
• Comfortable with high-volume interactions and resilient in demanding work environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives
• Own clearly defined customer workstreams with guidance, including end-to-end relationships with smaller customers
• Craft regular strategic AEO audits that include key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for customers of all sizes, from enterprise to startup
• Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystem
• Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover and manage customer Slack channels to ensure all messages are addressed
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges
• Escalate blockers and risks early, and incorporate feedback quickly into future work
