Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with enterprise or strategic customers.
• Proven ability to own highly complex customer engagements with executives.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and senior strategic advisor for a portfolio of 5–10 strategic enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to achieving measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.
• Lead engagements with multiple stakeholders, managing escalations and aligning execution.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Build deep relationships across marketing, operations, product, and executive teams to manage stakeholder turnover.
