Qualifications

• At least 6 years working with enterprise or strategic customers to drive high-stakes outcomes.
• Proven ability to own highly complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to advise, present to, and influence executives.
• Self-motivated with a passion for building deep, trusted relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high-visibility situations; adapt playbooks as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling quantitative data.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other team members.
• Experience in the search or marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and senior advisor for 5–10 strategic enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to driving high-value outcomes.
• Lead multi-stakeholder engagements; manage escalations and realign execution when needed.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with executives; identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Deeply understand customer objectives; coordinate across marketing, ops, product, and exec teams.
• Become an expert in AI search; advise on strategies grounded in data and model behavior.
• Mentor Engagement Associates and improve team playbooks and templates.
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve technical challenges.
