Job summary

Profound is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive the AI search program for enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption and ongoing engagement with the Profound platform.

You'll partner with internal teams to deliver strategic outcomes, manage risk, and build trusted relationships with marketing, operations, product, and executive stakeholders worldwide. On-site roles in multiple major cities are available with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Excellent communication with ability to present and demo effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to outcomes.
• Conduct strategic reviews, identify opportunities and risks.
• Understand customer objectives and align with stakeholders across teams.
• Develop expertise in AI search and how large language models work.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation.
