RWS TrainAI is seeking native Malayalam evaluators for a remote, freelance collaboration to assess AI content in Malayalam. You will interact with an AI assistant, translate prompts from English, and provide structured linguistic feedback.

Ideal candidates have strong English skills, meticulous attention to linguistic detail, and the ability to follow project guidelines. Start date is immediate, with flexible hours totaling about 10–15 hours, paid at $18 per hour.

• Duration: Approximately 10-15 total hours (around 5 hours per day)
• Rate:18 USD/hour

What You'll Do:

• Interacting with an AI assistant in your target language.
• Translating provided prompts from English into your target language and using them to interact with the AI application.
• Evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses according to project guidelines.
• Assessing localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Providing structured evaluations and feedback following the project instructions and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Malayalam
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
• Ability to accurately translate prompts from Englishinto the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience; or
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
