Job summary

RWS TrainAI is seeking AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess Telugu-language performance for a short freelance collaboration. Native Telugu with strong English skills and a keen eye for linguistic quality are required.

You'll translate prompts from English into Telugu, interact with an AI assistant, evaluate responses, and provide structured feedback per project guidelines. Remote from the United States, flexible schedule, start immediately, about 10–15 total hours (≈5 hours/day). Rate: 18 USD/hour.

Qualifications

• Native-level Telugu with strong English skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or related field, or 5+ years language-related experience.
• Experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or related fields.

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Telugu
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
• Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience; or
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
