Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years in an office setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in generative AI tools in education.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with proven time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability.
  • Proficiency with various educational technologies.
  • Resume and cover letter required.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting data analysis and reporting across programs.
  • Coordinating and facilitating student focus groups.
  • Assisting with training and faculty development.
  • Supporting the administration of the Applied AI Microcredential course (Foundations of AI).
  • Collaborating across the organization to coordinate events, scheduling, and communications.
  • Engaging with and researching AI as an emerging technology.
