Latino Center of the Midlands (LCM) is seeking an Education & Innovation Coordinator to support adult education initiatives, including AI, digital skills, and work-readiness programs. The role emphasizes class coordination, workshop facilitation, participant support, and data management.

You will implement AI and technology-related learning opportunities, maintain records, and collaborate with managers and community partners to expand workforce pathways for learners.

Qualifications

• Comfortable teaching, facilitating workshops, and providing individualized participant support.
• Strong communicator with staff, instructors, and partners.
• Able to coordinate multiple classes, schedules, and program activities.
• Interest in technology, AI, and digital skills for adult learning.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Adult Education classes, workshops, and assessments.
• Manage class calendars, materials, and instructional technology.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, orientation, and attendance.
• Deliver adult education classes and workshops with engaging methods.
• Develop AI-related curriculum and hands-on activities.
• Maintain accurate program records and data for reporting.
• Collaborate with partners to connect participants with resources and opportunities.
