Job summary

Career Team is hiring in the United States for a senior engineering leadership role. You will lead cross-functional teams, own sprint planning and delivery quality, partner with Product and Design to translate roadmaps into executable plans, and drive disciplined Scrum/Agile practices across a distributed, night-shift team.

You will set technical standards, guide AI adoption across the SDLC, and ensure responsible AI-assisted development.
