The role emphasizes training, tool selection, and collaboration with the Applied AI team to deliver practical, scalable solutions. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of practice or knowledge management experience.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (Harvey, Claude, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, Copilot).
• Experience with practice technology and knowledge platforms such as Practical Law and Practical Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact within one or more assigned practice groups.
• Guide attorneys on AI tools and lifecycle tasks for matters.
• Customize prompts/workflows to match practice group needs and translate requirements for AI builds.
