Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem.

You will design and curate a knowledge graph, optimize retrieval quality, and collaborate with SMEs to deploy AI agents, skills, and workflows across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other tools. The role emphasizes scalable, secure systems and governance to support production-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on tech lead experience.
• Designed or owned a knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Proven production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to identify retrieval failures and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration: IAM, monitoring, incident response, and security alignment.
• Ability to turn cross-functional questions into reusable checklists.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and continuously improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to identify intent gaps, and backlog fixes with business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide if a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs, integrations, and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Implement security controls for data retention and sensitive-data handling with security/compliance teams.
• Flag elevated access needs early and route to security for review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
