Job summary

Moment is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as the GM for Moment engagements, owning the full lifecycle from first demo to expansion. You’ll pair with engineering, product, and GTM teams to ensure customer success and drive meaningful outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of technical and business leadership, requiring deep API and architecture literacy, customer obsession, and a willingness to operate with founder-level ownership.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale: Solutioning & Vision. Run demos, learn how customers work, translate into architecture and POC for a signed contract.
• Implementation & Launch. Own getting the customer live, manage deliverables across product, engineering, and sales; roll out platform with key users.
• Growth & Expansion. Drive accounts from zero to one, then to many; run QBRs and surface expansion paths.
• X-Factor. Provide customer feedback to product/engineering and lead bespoke demos/MVPs as needed.
