Job summary

Moment is hiring Deployment Strategists to function as the GM for a Moment engagement, owning the full lifecycle from first demo through implementation and expansion. You are the primary point of accountability for everything the customer needs to succeed and the visionary helping them transform their business.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM. Every customer should feel like they have a cofounder embedded with them.

Qualifications

• Versatile experience across engineering, product, and GTM.
• Customer-obsessed with founder-level ownership.
• Ferociously curious mindset with a drive to learn and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale: Solutioning & Vision. Run demos, learn how customers work, translate into architecture and a POC.
• Implementation & Launch. Own getting the customer live and expanding adoption.
• Growth & Expansion. Lead accounts from zero to hundred with expansion paths.
• X-Factor. Provide customer feedback to product/engineering and train teams.
