Job summary

Momentuum blue, a Coforge Company, is hiring Senior FDEs to lead pods and deliver production AI systems inside client organizations across US sites. You will own outcomes from initial conversations to deployed software, guiding a small team of associate FDEs and AI agents and navigating client security and data residency constraints.

We're seeking senior engineers who have shipped production software in regulated environments, have led teams, and can operate as the de facto CTO for engagements,

Qualifications

• 6-10 years shipping production software
• Experience with agentic systems in regulated environments
• Led a small team of engineers or equivalent leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Own a client outcome end to end, from initial discussion to production system.
• Command a pod including associate FDEs and AI agents, setting technical direction.
• Architect and ship into production within a client's security model and data residency rules.
• Operate as the engagement's de facto CTO, translating scope into shipped software.
• Transfer capability and documentation to the client's team, reducing dependency.
• Communicate hard truths to clients when scope or timelines are unrealistic.
• Contribute to training material for the next cohort of engineers by sharing learnings.
