Job summary

Faction is seeking a highly capable operator to own deployments from signed deal to live production and ongoing success. You will balance direct client engagement with close collaboration to engineering and sales, shaping product direction from real-world deployment experience.

Expect to lead onboarding sessions, design strategic playbooks, and drive multi-week go-live programs. You’ll hire and build a small expert team as the company scales, while maintaining relentless focus on customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own live deployments end-to-end from post-sale to go-live and stabilization.
• Manage relationships with VP-level stakeholders throughout deployment journey.
• Translate client needs into engineering priorities and deployment context for deals.
• Lead user onboarding and training, and create supporting materials.
• Convert pilots into full deployments and maintain executive engagement.
