You will shape content structure, governance, publishing standards, and user experience while partnering with IT to build a scalable platform.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will turn internal communications into accessible digital content, drive AI-related campaigns, measure usage, and coordinate cross‑firm stakeholders

Qualificações

• 5-7+ years of intranet management or digital communications experience.
• Experience owning a digital content program with governance, UX, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong writing and editorial skills to clarify complex information.
• Experience using analytics/feedback to improve digital content or services.
• Ability to lead projects independently and coordinate across functions.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Own the intranet content roadmap and governance across remit.
• Lead organization and presentation of AI guidance, training resources, and tool information.
• Manage day-to-day intranet publishing and coordinate contributions from content owners.
• Partner with Information Technology on intranet functionality, search, accessibility, and user experience improvements.
• Deliver AI-specific communications, campaigns, and learning resources through the intranet and related channels.
• Measure intranet usage, gather user feedback, and report on progress.
• Manage intranet projects from requirements through launch, coordinating stakeholders, deadlines, testing, and follow-up.
