Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Nashville seeks a Senior Manager – AI Transformation to lead firmwide communications, change management, training, and adoption initiatives that support the Firm’s AI, innovation, and technology transformation strategy.

You will work with the Director of AI Transformation and cross‑functional teams to translate priorities into engaging internal campaigns, measure impact, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or organizational development, preferably in law firms or professional services.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with storytelling ability and audience awareness.
• Proven experience designing change management and training programs for technology adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels, including senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently with sound editorial and strategic judgment.
• Experience with AI or technology-related change initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns to support AI, innovation, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management planning for AI and innovation projects, including readiness assessments and adoption measurement.
• Design and coordinate training resources to build firmwide AI literacy and tool adoption.
• Own the editorial voice and creative execution of AI and innovation communications across channels.
• Partner with the Director, AI Transformation to translate priorities into internal narratives and multi-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR/Talent, and Practice Solutions to align internal messaging with external positioning and firm culture.
• Measure and report on communication effectiveness and training adoption, using feedback to refine approach.
• Mentor and guide junior team members supporting AI transformation communications.
