Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with significant legal experience.
• Experience leading Knowledge Management, Innovation, PSL, or similar operations.
• Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence partners, attorneys, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of legal tech and AI landscape, incl. generative AI, CLM, automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead KM & Innovation strategy for designated Global Business Units.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across locations.
• Drive adoption of knowledge sharing, process improvement, and AI-enabled practices.
• Develop cross-functional knowledge-sharing programs and training.
• Promote KM capabilities publicly through client engagement and recruitment.
