Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in client communications or related operational support.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with ability to explain complex capabilities clearly.
• Experience using analytics to improve digital content or services.
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate across functions.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate clear, tailored client-facing responses with input from subject matter experts.
• Develop and maintain a library of approved AI messaging, capabilities descriptions, and responses to recurring questions.
• Own the AI Transformation team’s process for responding to AI-related inquiries, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires.
• Translate the firm’s evolving AI strategy into credible, audience-appropriate external messaging.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Development on AI-related pitches, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Track progress of custom AI projects and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining strong relationships with lawyers and business development colleagues.
