Job summary

Build is seeking a delivery-focused engineer to create internal tools and integrations that reduce repetitive work across the delivery team. You will own tools end-to-end and collaborate with users to automate workflows between people, agents, and data.

You will sit between the platform and its users, turning scripts into reusable solutions and instrumenting operations to reveal where time goes, while shaping the core product with your insights.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools that take repeated manual work off the delivery team
• Integrate the platform with the systems the team actually uses day to day
• Automate the handoffs between people, agents and data that currently need a human
• Instrument the operation so we can see where the time is really going
• Turn one-off scripts into things the whole team can rely on
• Own your tools end-to-end, including the unglamorous maintenance
• Sit with the users rather than gathering requirements at a distance
• Feed what you learn back into the core product
