Job summary

Build is building the future of the Built World by automating core delivery workflows. We are seeking a delivery automation engineer who sits between the platform and its users, building tools, integrations, and automations that remove drag and accelerate delivery.

You will own your tools end-to-end, from design to maintenance, and work closely with users to translate real needs into scalable solutions that drive the product forward.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools that take repeated manual work off the delivery team
• Integrate the platform with the systems the team actually uses day to day
• Automate the handoffs between people, agents and data that currently need a human
• Instrument the operation so we can see where the time is really going
• Turn one-off scripts into things the whole team can rely on
• Own your tools end-to-end, including the unglamorous maintenance
• Sit with the users rather than gathering requirements at a distance
• Feed what you learn back into the core product
