Job summary

Podium is seeking an Integration Support Engineer to troubleshoot and fix connections between Podium and client systems. You will resolve API and integration issues, document steps, and serve as a subject-matter expert across Podium’s APIs and SFTP experiences.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless value delivery, maintain strong communication, and continually improve integration workflows in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience setting up software or following technical operating procedures.
• Experience using APIs and AI agents with proficiency in authentication methods.
• Experience with Datadog, Kibana, Zapier, Tray.io, and Jira.
• Experience using Postman to interact with APIs and scripting to initiate integrations.
• Demonstrated over-achievement in managing a large work queue.
• A base understanding of SQL and ability to write debugging queries.
• Experience working directly with clients, explaining complex technical processes clearly.
• You are accountable, proactive, and focused on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and internal teams; resolve integrations key to client success.
• Troubleshoot & resolve challenging integration issues to show value.
• Serve as an integrations expert across Podium and translate customer needs for improvements.
• Maintain high-quality troubleshooting documentation of the integrations.
• Be an expert in Podium’s public APIs and SFTP experience.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams during resolutions.
• Read and interpret technical API documentation (internal and external).
