Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Technology Solutions Engineer to own reliability and integrations for HR, finance, and operations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, automate processes, and troubleshoot across applications and data flows.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to improve enterprise tech systems and adoption of AI-enabled workflows. The role emphasizes automation, strong problem-solving, and a values-driven culture aligned with StandTogether’s PBM

Qualifications

3+ years in solutions engineering or related technical roles.
Ownership of business-critical applications in production.
Hands-on design/support of system integrations via REST/SOAP, webhooks or SFTP.
SQL querying to troubleshoot data issues.
Experience with Python, JavaScript or Java.
Experience with incident, problem, release, and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities translating business needs to tech.
Natural automation mindset to reduce repetitive work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Own the technical health and production reliability of HR, finance, and operations apps.
Design and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows.
Identify manual processes and develop automation solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech.
Troubleshoot complex issues across apps, integrations, data, and infra.
Lead or support root-cause analysis for incidents and improvements.
Support releases and deployments, including testing and change coordination.
Document system architecture, data flows, and technical standards.
Apply IT service management practices for incident, problem, and changes.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams across the enterprise.
Evaluate emerging tech and AI opportunities to improve operations.
Manage multiple priorities across evolving business needs.
