Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience building AI-powered products is a plus.
- Ability to build and ship full-stack solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build a system for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about agent performance.
- Enable agent developers to run A/B tests to drive data-driven decisions.
- Develop Explorer for AI-powered clustering over conversational data.
- Create monitoring systems to detect defects or new patterns in agents.
