Job summary

Sierra is building a platform in San Francisco to enable world‑class AI‑driven customer experiences. You’ll develop the platform primitives that power agent orchestration, runtime, and tooling.

You’ll design scalable systems for engineers and customers, ship reliable, secure tooling, and accelerate agent development and deployment across Sierra. A strong emphasis on autonomy and impact is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Passion for AI products and scalable, secure systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-autonomy culture.

Responsibilities

• Build Sierra’s platform primitives for agents and deployment.
• Design systems enabling developers to build reliable, steerable agents.
• Create tools and workflows to accelerate agent development and deployment.
