Fluidstack is hiring AI Software Engineers to build internal AI-powered tools and shared infrastructure that multiply team productivity. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI augmentation and deliver tools that drive measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience building web apps using React/Next.js.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI agent tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity.
• Ability to work autonomously and ship high-impact tools.
• Strong product sense and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI tools to automate workflows and improve decision-making.
• Design and maintain shared AI infra and skills docs.
• Integrate AI into existing products to deliver measurable impact.
• Create integrations between LLMs and internal systems (GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, Salesforce).
• Stay current with AI capabilities and identify new application opportunities.
• Document and support teams to adopt the tools.
