Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) to build AI-powered decision systems and internal tools for infrastructure development and delivery. You will ship production-ready solutions that boost productivity and integrate AI across teams.

You will work with Go, Python, TypeScript, and React/Next.js, and leverage LLM APIs to augment workflows. Autonomy, strong communication, and fast-paced collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills (web applications) using React/Next.js or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models).
• Daily use of AI coding agents with concrete examples of tools and skills built.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and ship results with impact.
• Strong product and systems judgment and excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models to improve productivity.
• Own tools end to end from conception through production with users.
• Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure and build organization-wide skills.
• Create integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs).
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and identify new opportunities.
