Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring Decision Engineers (AI Software Engineers) for the Infrastructure Development & Delivery team. You will build AI-powered decision systems to accelerate infrastructure development and delivery workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to ship tools that boost productivity and scale operations.

You will own end-to-end solutions, design shared AI infrastructure, and integrate LLMs with internal systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Daily use of AI coding agents with concrete examples of tools built.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver impact.
• Strong product and systems judgment; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build decision systems and internal tools leveraging frontier models that make infrastructure development and delivery workflows more productive.
• Own tools end to end, from conception through production, iterating with users.
• Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md and build shared skills for the organization.
• Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (Slack, GitHub, internal APIs).
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and identify new opportunities to apply techniques.
