Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring AI Software Engineers to build internal AI tools and infrastructure that boost productivity across teams. You will design and ship AI-powered applications, integrate with LLM APIs, and contribute to scalable software powering frontier compute infrastructure.

You will work with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prototype solutions, and deploy production-ready systems that advance our mission to accelerate AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills with web apps (React, Next.js, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building apps with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity).
• Proven ability to work autonomously and ship high-impact results with minimal direction.
• Great product and design taste; balance rapid iteration with scalable foundations.
• Strong systems thinking and clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI tooling and applications leveraging frontier models to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making.
• Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure and documentation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and internal tools with measurable impact.
• Create integrations between LLMs and internal systems (GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, Salesforce).
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and identify opportunities to apply new techniques.
• Provide documentation and support to enable teams to adopt and extend the tools.
