Fluidstack in San Francisco seeks an AI Software Engineer to build internal tools powered by frontier models, boosting productivity across engineering, product, operations and biz teams. You will develop and deploy AI-powered apps, integrate LLM APIs, and maintain shared AI infrastructure, with opportunities to shape how a fast-growing infrastructure company uses AI across operations.

The role requires 3+ years of production-grade software experience (Go, Python, TypeScript), strong full-stack

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills with experience building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools and agent frameworks.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-impact results.
• Great product and design taste with emphasis on scalable foundations.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and applications leveraging frontier models to automate workflows and accelerate decisions.
• Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure and documentation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and tools for measurable impact.
• Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, Salesforce).
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and identify new opportunities.
• Create documentation and provide support to enable teams to adopt and extend the tools.
