The Director of Information Systems & AI will drive efficiency, security, and scalability across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms, aligning technology investments with long-term business goals.

The role emphasizes data governance, analytics, and enterprise applications to empower leadership with AI-driven insights and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher in CS/IT/Business or equivalent experience.
MBA highly preferred.
Experience leading IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for technology and AI initiatives across the organization.
Evaluate and implement innovative technologies including AI, automation, cloud, data analytics and ERP systems.
Ensure security, reliability, and performance of networks, ERP/CRM, and cloud services.
Drive data governance, quality, and business intelligence to enable informed decisions.
Oversee vendor relationships and third-party implementations; manage budgets and risks.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation projects.
