Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is recruiting a Director of AI Platform Integrations to shape the technical strategy behind an expanding ecosystem of AI, legal tech, and enterprise software solutions. This hands-on leader will evaluate emerging technologies, build integrations, and collaborate with external vendors to turn innovations into business-ready products.

The role blends architecture, product strategy, and vendor management, offering high visibility and significant growth potential as

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, platform integrations, or related roles.
Strong experience integrating systems via APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SAML, SCIM, and related technologies.
Experience with multiple large language model providers and AI platforms.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, troubleshoot integrations, and prototype when needed.
Experience managing vendor relationships, escalations, and implementation efforts.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for AI platform integrations.
Own complex integrations with external vendors to deliver business-ready solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and vendor management.
