Job summary

SBM is seeking a Director of AI & Corporate Systems to lead the transformation of corporate systems through AI. You will design intelligent agents to monitor compliance, automate processes, and provide leaders with actionable insights across Finance and HR.

This role requires a strong track record in AI, governance, and enterprise technology leadership. You will partner with senior leaders to translate policies into AI-driven workflows, build scalable governance, and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or related business tech preferred.
10+ years in enterprise systems and tech leadership; 5+ years leading AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and implementation of AI agents across corporate systems (Finance/HR focus).
Partner with department leaders to identify AI opportunities for compliance and efficiency.
Design, deploy, and govern AI-driven monitoring and decision-support tools.
Develop automated controls and real-time insights for executives.
Integrate AI agents with ERP, HRIS, financial, payroll, and BI systems.
Establish AI governance, security, privacy, and auditability standards.
Measure business impact: cost savings, risk reduction, productivity, performance.
Build and mentor AI, data, and tech teams as the program grows.
