Job summary

Signature Brands, LLC seeks a Director of Information Technology & Artificial Intelligence to lead technology strategy, operations, and AI adoption across the enterprise. You will oversee ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and vendor management while acting as the hands-on AI expert driving ROI, governance, and enterprise capabilities.

This is a working leadership role focused on execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and extensive IT leadership experience.
Hands-on AI and automation development experience within a business environment.
Experience implementing AI governance, enterprise AI programs, and data governance.
Progressive leadership over ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise apps.
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and ERP/system implementations.
Strong information security, governance, and risk management knowledge.
Ability to convey technical trade-offs to non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

Direct IT function including enterprise applications, infrastructure, and security.
Oversee SAP environment, BW, SAC, EDI, and data integration tooling.
Ensure reliability, security, and performance of systems supporting operations.
Lead AI strategy, governance, and deployment across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain.
Build AI solutions and drive adoption with measurable business value.
Develop governance for AI security, privacy, and vendor selection.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the IT team.
