Job summary

Flossy is seeking a highly technical Implementation Manager to own deployment across multi-location practices, from kick-off through go-live and beyond. You’ll translate client workflows into agent configurations, test launches, and ensure reliable performance from day one.

You’ll work directly with customers, lead integration and QA, train users, and stay the technical point of contact after launch, collaborating with Customer Success to protect ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering or technical customer success at a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of getting software live for customers and delivering measurable results.
• Strong technical acumen with integrations, APIs and systems data; able to troubleshoot.
• Excellent judgment to identify core requirements vs. edge cases and make tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation end to end from kick-off to go-live and beyond.
• Work directly with customers on technical details and partner with practice teams.
• Configure and optimize AI agent configurations to reflect customer workflows.
• QA every build end to end and ensure pilots meet success criteria.
• Serve as the technical point of contact after launch and support training.
• Measure timelines, launch quality and agent performance to drive improvements.
• Help shape playbooks, templates and processes to accelerate future launches.
