Flossy is seeking a highly technical Founding Product Manager to build AI-powered experiences that coordinate multiple agents across scheduling, insurance, billing, and operations. You will own major initiatives from discovery through launch, partnering with engineers and customers to define requirements and measure outcomes.

You will lead with customers at the center, translate complex problems into actionable plans, and shape the early product organization as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, or founding and building technology products.
• Track record of shipping impactful products from zero to one.
• Strong technical acumen; comfortable discussing APIs, data models, system architecture, and AI capabilities with engineers.
• Excellent product judgment; identify customer problems and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on with prototyping and experimenting with new tools.
• Strong analytical skills; use data to inform decisions and measure results.
• Excellent communication; collaborate with technical teams, customers, and leadership.
